CareerSpring Advisee Vincent Marin understands that when it comes to CareerSpring, you get out what you put in. Through connections made and resources utilized in our Network, Vincent has landed not one, but two summer internships through CareerSpring!
He first logged into the Platform in the Summer of 2022. He connected with a CareerSpring staff member who encouraged him to apply for (and eventually secure) an internship with Wells Fargo. Of this internship experience, Vincent noted that he was “able to explore the industry of finance, and it would not have been possible without encouragement from CareerSpring.”
Fast-forward to Fall 2023 and hoping to secure another internship, Vincent reached out to CareerSpring Advisor James Knoeller at Employer Partner SMBC. James provided support and helped guide Vincent through the bank’s recruitment process. These efforts resulted in Vincent securing a Global Coverage Internship for Summer 2024. Vincent took every opportunity to utilize our resources and Network, resulting in huge momentum for this career. Vincent shared, “Ultimately, my career advancement has been greatly influenced by the development resources that CareerSpring offers to first-gen students like myself.”
