First-Generation College Celebration Day

Every year, CareerSpring recognizes National First-Generation College Celebration Day on November 8th–celebrating first-generation students and their important contributions made to our society. This day marks a special commemoration for the students we support who are the first in their families to attend college, often overcoming many obstacles in hopes of a brighter future.

We were founded with the vision to connect every first-generation and/or low-income (FGLI) student in the United States to meaningful, high-quality employment. Our organization provides completely free career resources, a network of professional connections, and early career opportunities to set them up for a successful future.

Your contribution enables us to maintain and expand our mission, helping us change the lives of more FGLI students across the nation. We’re grateful to have a match for up to $50,000 to support our First-Generation College Celebration Day campaign. Give today and make double the impact!

Become an Employer Sponsor

At CareerSpring, we believe that companies deserve the opportunity to change the world. But we also know that they need strategic and sustainable partners to do so. In America today, there are myriad causes for social improvement that companies can invest in. The opportunity to invest in CareerSpring is not only one of financial stewardship, but it also includes the opportunity for employee volunteer opportunities, access to diverse talent, an increased ESG score, and so much more.

We aim to create mutually beneficial partnerships with each and every one of our Sponsors. The benefits are clear and the rewards are high-stakes. Not just for companies, but for FGLI college students and America’s workforce.
