Stephanie Arias

A formerly undocumented Ecuadorian Chicagoan, Stephanie Arias understands firsthand the power of a high-quality education for all young people. As the Vice President of College Initiatives for the Cristo Rey Network, which exclusively enrolls historically underserved students in 38 high schools across 24 states, Stephanie supports College and Alumni Advisors to drive positive student outcomes and manages the network’s 70+ University Partners Program. Previously, Stephanie served as Manager of Talent & Special Programs at the Illinois Network of Charter Schools, an organization dedicated to influencing education policy for public school students. Stephanie has also served as a Northwestern University Public Interest Fellow, College Counselor, and Alumni Advisor at Urban Prep Academies. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Psychological Services from Northwestern University and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the Harris School at the University of Chicago. Stephanie is also a proud alumna of the Surge Institute.
