ShaJra Austin
ShaJra began her career as an admissions counselor at her alma mater, The University of Georgia. She quickly recognized the impact she could make on the lives of others by opening doors to opportunity for those in underserved communities. That start laid the foundation for her 20+ year career leading talent acquisition teams, transforming people programs and championing inclusive corporate cultures for global consulting firms. As a first generation college graduate, she brings a committed passion to her role as the National Director of Job Placement for CareerSpring. ShaJra is responsible for developing and leading the job placement strategy to help CareerSpring fulfill its mission to help every first generation, low income student identify high-quality employment opportunities across our national labor market.
