Rebeca Salas

Rebeca grew up in a low income family and neighborhood in Houston and went on to be the first in her family to earn a Bachelor’s degree. She completed a self-designed Sociology-based major in Latin American and Latinx Studies at Bryn Mawr College, where she furthered her education on the first generation and/or low income (FGLI) student experience. She is passionate about this identity and about helping other students like her gain career access through CareerSpring. As Operations Manager, Rebeca leads efforts to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency, including but not limited to improvements in the team’s IT, data, administration, financial management, human resources, and marketing operations.
