Paul Posoli

Paul Posoli is the Founder of CareerSpring. He launched CareerSpring after serving for five years as President of Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory School of Houston, which provides a college preparatory education and work-study program to students of limited economic resources. Prior to Cristo Rey Jesuit, Paul spent 20 years as an executive in the energy industry. Most recently, Paul served as Managing Director of Global Commodities and Head of the Global Energy business for JPMorgan. Prior to JPMorgan, Paul was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns and President of Bear Energy. Paul joined Bear Stearns from Calpine Corporation where he was an Executive Vice President and President of Calpine Energy Services. Today, Paul’s leadership at CareerSpring focuses on acquiring and stewarding the human, financial, and technologic resources the organization needs to realize its mission and vision.
