Loucha Simon-Francois

Loucha Simon-Francois is the Regional Program Manager for the Atlanta Metropolitan area. She delivers learning and training experiences that promote workplace readiness and success— while building corporate relationships for job placements. Before joining CareerSpring, Loucha spent 15+ years in higher education and K-12 settings equipping and coaching parents to best meet their children’s educational needs and goals. When she’s not leveraging partnerships for student success, she’s providing resources through mentoring with the Teens on the Move-100 mentoring program and teaching College 101 summer classes for Georgia State Upward Bound program participants.
