Abby Adams

Abby graduated with a BA in Government and English from Georgetown University way back in the 1980s! Upon graduation, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment business which led to the agent training program at Creative Artists Agency where she worked for 15 years as a Literary Agent. Abby found her true calling working with first generation, low-income students as a founding board member and Executive Director of a Los Angeles based college access and success non-profit program called Determined To Succeed. Abby’s experience with Determined To Succeed led her to volunteer with the Georgetown University Scholars Program (GSP) as a mentor and a coordinator for the Alumni Regional Network. Abby was introduced to CareerSpring through her former GSP colleague, Yasi Mahallaty, who is also a CareerSpring team member.
